House clearance – Over the years we have undertaken hundreds of house clearances for many of our customers. We understand that these situations are often quite delicate and require a gentle approach. We are efficient, professional and work quickly. MVS Removals work with charity’s for donating items, and are licensed to dispose of waste goods in the correct manor. We also have contacts who may be able to buy some items of furniture. Every situation is different so please contact us about this and we will gladly talk though your individual requirements.
House Clearance – How does it work?
It may be worth while to contact charities locally to see if they require any items. This will ensure they go to a good home and will cost you less in clearance costs. Take into consideration that soft furnishings must have fire labels. Many charities’ will also not sell electrical goods.
We advise you to take items you want to keep before we arrive, alternatively clearly segregate items you we are not to dispose of.
We can give you contact details for any antiques that may be of value. One last effort will be made to donate to one of the charities we work with, then we will clear the rest to a tip where as much as possible can be recycled as raw materials.
Office Clearance
Office Clearance is a regular undertaking for us at MVS Removals. Uniformed, efficient and professional staff will ensure items are disposed of quickly and with minimal fuss.
Very little second hand office furniture is worth money, but we can dispose of it professionally and efficiently. We are licensed and can provide a headed receipt to prove the items have been disposed on in the correct manor.
Rubbish Clearance
We take pride in our removal vehicles and keep them very clean. There is some rubbish clearance work we will not undertake. Please do not hesitate to call to discuss your requirements. If we are unable to assist we have other contacts who may be able to help.
